SEAN MCDERMOTT is Founder, President and CEO of Windward Consulting
Group, has over 15 years experience in the telecommunications industry.
As President and CEO, he oversees all functional areas within the
Company while developing and maintaining the Company's business focus.
Prior to founding Windward, he was with Booz Allen Hamilton, a worldwide
management and technology consulting firm, responsible for building an
enterprise technology management services practice. Mr. McDermott has
also held positions within the Department of Justice, responsible for
building and supporting numerous Justice nationwide networks. He has a
broad range of technical and business development experience with
enterprise management and networking to service providers, emerging
Internet-based companies, financial institutions, and the Federal
Government. Mr. McDermott holds an MS in Engineering Management from The
Catholic University of America and a BS in Electrical Engineering from
