SEAN MCCLOSKEY, President and CEO, is responsible for the strategic
direction of NetVendor, and working with investors, partners, and
employees to drive the success of the company. Prior to founding the
company, Mr. McCloskey was a Corporate Attorney for Weil, Gotshal &
Manges LLP, a New York-based international law firm. There he was
engaged in transactional corporate law responsible for acquisitions
involving international telecommunications firms. Mr. McCloskey is an
expert in the rapidly developing business-to-business (B2B) e-commerce
industry and has been a frequent guest speaker on the topic of B2B e-
commerce strategies. A Magna Cum Laude graduate of Boston College, Mr.
McCloskey graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. He
