SAYED ALI is Chairman, President and Chief Financial Officer of Creative
Host Services, Inc. Prior to founding the company, from May 1985 to
September 1987, Mr. Ali was the Director of Operations of Steffa Control
Systems, a manufacturer of energy management systems. From March 1980
until May 1985, Mr. Ali was the Director of Operations for Oak
Industries, Inc., a telecommunications equipment manufacturer which had
