SATISH K. SANAN, President, CEO and Chairman of Board, he founded
IMRglobal in 1988. Mr. Sanan has also served as a Director of IMRglobal-
UK since 1993 and as Chairman of the Board of Directors of IMRglobal-
India since 1990. Prior to founding IMRglobal, Mr. Sanan held a series
of increasingly responsible posts at McLeod-Bishop Systems Inc., SHL
Systemhouse Inc., The Metropole Group, George Bassett & Company, Exeter
Community Health Services Computer Project, and Plessey
Telecommunications Limited. Mr. Sanan received a Bachelor's degree in
Electronics at Sussex University in England and a Master's degree in
Computer Science at Liverpool University. Mr. Sanan has also received a
M.A.M.E. in aeronautics from Southern College of Engineering and
