SAM WESTOVER is President and Chief Executive Officer of OrthAlliance,
Inc. Over the past 20 years, he has served as Chief Executive Officer or
Chief Financial Officer for four healthcare companies. He is credited
with creating the business model upon which OrthAlliance is built,
launching the company in August 1997 and leading it through more than
two years of consistent growth. His primary focus is on strategic
planning, management team-building, fostering operational excellence and
development. Prior to the formation of OrthAlliance, Mr. Westover
established a successful track record of turning around troubled
companies such as Western Health Plans, Inc. Mr. Westover graduated from
Brigham Young University with a BS in Accounting and became a CPA. Profile
