Roy King – Mercator Softward Inc (mctr)

ROY KING joined Mercator Software, Inc., as President and CEO in January 2001 and was elected Chairman of the Board in March 2002. He brings a successful record of leading large global technology and integration service organizations across a variety of major business sectors. He is a former Milan-based IBM General Manager of Consulting & Integration Services, EMEA, and his 28 years of business leadership include experience in manufacturing, general consulting, and the Internet. In his seven years as an IBM executive from 1993-2000, Mr. King most recently led a multi-billion dollar consulting and integration services business across a number of industries, verticals, and offerings. Prior to joining IBM, Mr. King was a partner of Booz Allen & Hamilton, Inc., and of KPMG LLP. He holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School and a BS in Engineering from Iowa State University.
