Roy Edward Ellis, age 39 - Chief Executive Officer: Roy studied at the Hollings Faculty, Manchester, where he qualified with an HND in Hotel Catering and Institutional Management in 1983. In 1983 Roy joined the hotel division of Bass Plc as food and beverage specialist where he remained for 5 years. In 1988 he joined Pannel Kerr Forster Associates as a Consultant advising hotel groups on international development opportunities.
