Roger Gladstone – Shochet Holding Corporation (shoc)

ROGER N. GLADSTONE, has been Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Shochet Holding Corporation since November 1999, and an Executive Officer and Director of Shochet Securities since it became a subsidiary of Firebrand Financial Group in November 1995. Mr. Gladstone has served as Vice Chairman of the Board of Firebrand Financial Group since June 1999 and as a Director of that company since January 1987. From 1987 to June 1999, he served as President of Firebrand Financial Group. Mr. Gladstone serves on the Board of Arbitrators of the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc. He is also a member of The Young Presidents Organization and an honorary member of the Board of Directors of the Sid Jacobson Community Center in Roslyn, New York. Mr. Gladstone is a Director of No Small Affair South, a charitable foundation which provides positive experiences for disadvantaged children. From 1984 through 1986, Mr. Gladstone was engaged primarily in the acquisition, management, syndication and operation of real estate projects. From 1980 through 1984, Mr. Gladstone was engaged in the private practice of law in New York. Mr. Gladstone received his BA from Stanford University, his MBA from New York University and his JD from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Yeshiva University. TWST: Could you give us a brief overview and a little history of your

company?

Mr. Gladstone: Shochet was founded in 1980 by a gentleman by the name of

Marvin Shochet. It was really a
