Roger Christensen – Columbia Bancorp (cbbo)

ROGER L. CHRISTENSEN is Chief Executive Officer of Columbia Bancorp. Previously he was Chief Operating Officer from 1999-2001. Prior to joining Columbia Bancorp Mr. Christensen was Manager and Vice President of Bank of the Cascades from 1991-1999; Manager and Vice President of Bank of America/Benjamin Franklin from 1985-1991. He is on the Board of Directors, Associate of Oregon Industries, Portland, Oregon; Service Board, Western Independent Bankers Association, San Francisco, California; President, Board of Directors, Bend Chamber of Commerce, Bend, Oregon; and President, Campaign Chairman, United Way, Bend, Oregon. Mr. Christensen received a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Boise State University; attended graduate classes in Business at Oregon State University; National Intermediate Commercial Lending School, University of Oklahoma; Northwest Institute of Commercial Loan School; and is a graduate of Pacific Coast Banking School, University of Washington.
