Robert Wildrick – Jos. A. Bank Clothiers Inc (josb)

ROBERT N. WILDRICK has been the CEO of Jos. A. Bank Clothiers, Inc. since November 1999. He has been a Director of the company since 1994. Mr. Wildrick has worked with Federated Department Stores in various merchandising and operational capacities. In addition, he was employed by Belk Stores for 20 years in various capacities including Corporate Executive Vice President for Merchandise and Sales Promotion. From 1995-1988 he served in various capacities including President, CEO and Chairman of Venture Stores, Inc., a publicly-traded family value retailer. Mr. Wildrick has a BA and an MA in Sociology from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale, Illinois.
