ROBERT J. STRUBLE, President, CEO and Chairman of the Board Bob Struble,
President, CEO and Chairman of iBiquity Digital Corporation, is an
industry leader in the transformation of the radio broadcasting industry
for the digital era. As the leader of iBiquity Digital, Bob maintains
overall responsibility for the company's efforts to successfully
commercialize iBiquity's HD Radio' technology'the first dramatic change
in radio broadcast technology in 100 years. During his tenure, he has
assembled iBiquity's world-class technical and management teams,
supervised the successful development of its technology, managed the
Company's regulatory efforts with the Federal Communications Commission
and secured the investment community's support for iBiquity. Bob has
broad experience in building and managing both large and small
technology companies, including successful fund-raising and coalition
building efforts. Through the merger of USA Digital Radio and Lucent
Digital Radio, Bob formed iBiquity in 2000. With the acquisition of key
intellectual property from Digital Radio Express, he positioned iBiquity
as the sole developer of HD Radio technology. Most recently Bob has
overseen the acquisition of Command Audio's licensing rights to further
supplement iBiquity's product offerings and patent portfolio. During his
career, Bob has held leadership roles as President of both
CBS/Westinghouse Communications and CBS/Westinghouse Wireless Solutions
Company. While at CBS/Westinghouse he successfully oversaw digital
product technology development and commercialization. Previously, Bob
gained experience in strategy development, mergers and acquisition,
design engineering, marketing, and new business development at CBS,
McKinsey & Company, M.A. Hanna and Solvay. While at McKinsey, he
consulted to Fortune 100 companies on setting up and spinning out
entrepreneurial ventures. Bob earned his Bachelor's Degree in Chemical
Engineering from MIT where he was elected into the Tau Beta Pi and Sigma
Xi engineering honor societies, and an MBA from Harvard, where he
graduated with high distinction as a Baker Scholar. Profile
TWST: Why don't we start off with a background and a quick overview ofiBiquity please?
Mr. Struble: Sure. iBiquity was formed in the early 90s, actually a
predecessor company by the large
