ROBERT D. REGNIER is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Blue Valley
Ban Corp. He organized and developed investors for a newly chartered
bank in Johnson County, Kansas. He is responsible for charter
application, initial location real estate acquisition, and staffing. Mr.
Regnier was employed for over 18 years with Boatmen's Bank & Trust and
Boatmen's First National Bank. He began his employment as a clerk in the
safe deposit vault. He accepted promotions and additional
responsibilities during his 18 year term with the bank, concluding as
Executive Vice President and Secretary of Boatmen's First National Bank.
Mr. Regnier has a BA degree in Economics from Kansas State University,
an MBA in Finance from UMKC and participated in the Commercial Bank
Management Program at Columbia University. Profile
