ROBERT MURPHY joined Cuisine Solutions in November 1997 and was
appointed Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining
the company, Mr. Murphy was with Edwards Baking Company since 1993 as
Senior Director of Acquisitions and New Business Integrations and
Operations Controller. Prior to 1993, Mr. Murphy worked with Bunge Foods
since 1988 in the bakery and dairy industrial ingredient divisions in
