ROBERT A. MCDONALD is a Regional Vice President for Versar, Inc. and has
extensive experience in conducting vulnerability assessments, security
planning, and risk management programs. Mr. McDonald has more than 30
years experience conducting risk management, homeland defense and
security and vulnerability assessments, environmental assessments, and
regulatory analysis and permitting, CERCLA related projects (RI/FSs) and
environmental compliance/management programs. He is a licensed Sandia
RAM-WSM trainer, and has recently been involved in conducting security
and vulnerability assessments for several water utilities throughout the
United States. Most Versar, in the process of completing a state wide
vulnerability assessment for the Illinois Department of Transportation.
Mr. McDonald was responsible for developing a vulnerability assessment
methodology to evaluate over 30,000 bridges and facilities. He is also a
licensed Sandia RAM-CF (Risk Assessment Methodology for Chemical
Facilities) trainer as well. Since 9/11, He has participated in several
homeland defense, security planning and emergency response projects for
Federal Government agencies, municipalities and the private industry.
He has successfully managed more than 300 risk management, regulatory
and environmental programs and projects for chemical companies, the
mining industry, the oil and gas industry, utilities, water resource
agencies and many other commercial clients throughout the United States.
Mr. McDonald has extensive experience in providing analysis and
solutions to client's problems. He has a BS in Fisheries Science and an
MS in Natural Resource Administration from Colorado State University. He
is a member of the following: Society of American Military Engineers,
National Association of Installation Developers, Air and Waste
Management Association, American Water Works Association, National
Association of Environmental Management, National Association of
Environmental Professionals Mr. McDonald is a Certified Environmental
Professional (CEP) and Qualified Environmental Professional (QEP.) Profile
