ROBERT J. KORZENIEWSKI is the Chief Financial Officer of Network
Solutions, Inc. As Chief Financial Officer of Network Solutions, Inc.
since 1996, Mr. Korzeniewski is responsible for the strategic direction
of the company with regard to finance and investor relations, and he
also oversees all administrative functions of the company. Under his
leadership, Network Solutions continues to realize record revenues and
profitability. In 1997, Mr. Korzeniewski led the company through a
successful initial public offering. In 1999, he won the honor of 'CFO of
the Year' at the Greater Washington Technology CFO Awards, presented for
outstanding contributions to a company's performance. Mr. Korzeniewski
came to Network Solutions from SAIC, where from 1987 to 1996, he held a
variety of senior financial positions including sector controller for
the company's Information Technology business, CFO for the company's
Commercial and International Business and Corporate Vice President for
Mergers and Acquisitions. Prior to SAIC, Mr. Korzeniewski was Corporate
Controller for Halifax Corporation, a publicly traded consulting
company. Mr. Korzeniewski holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in
Business Administration from Salem State College, and is a Certified
