Robert Kampmeinert – Parker/hunter Inc

ROBERT W. KAMPMEINERT has been Chief Executive Officer of Parker/Hunter Incorporated since 1985 and the firm's Chairman since 1991. Prior to joining Parker/Hunter in 1971 to head the firm's Investment Banking Department, Mr. Kampmeinert worked as an investment banker for Kidder, Peabody & Co. Incorporated in New York City. Mr. Kampmeinert is a former member of the Board of Directors of the Securities Industry Association (SIA) and has served as Chairman of the Mid-Atlantic District of the SIA, Chairman of the SIA Regional Firms Committee, and is currently Chairman of the New York Stock Exchange Nominating Committee and Regional Firms Advisory Board. Mr. Kampmeinert also serves on the Boards of the Pittsburgh Technology Council, Pennsylvania Economy League, Historical Society of Western Pennsylvania, Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra, Chatham College, West Penn Allegheny Health System, Tollgrade Communications, Inc., and Vascor, Inc.
