Robert F. Mitchell – Hanover Capital Management

ROBERT F. MITCHELL is President and Chief Executive Officer of Hanover Capital Management, which he founded in 1991. Mr. Mitchell primarily uses market timing and technical analysis in his portfolio management but also ties in analysis of Federal Reserve monetary policy and general political matters that impact on equity investment. He manages at this time only individual accounts, mostly IRA's. He also acts as general partner in various real estate limited partnership ventures, has appeared numerous times on CNBC-TV and spoken before various investment groups. Prior to entering the investment field, Mr. Mitchell was senior legal counsel for twenty-five years at Chesebrough-Pond's, a diversified multinational consumer products company, where he primarily dealt in SEC and other regulatory matters.
