Robert Boswell – Forest Oil Corporation (fst)

ROBERT S. BOSWELL was appointed Chairman of the Board of Forest Oil Corporation in March 2000 and has been Chief Executive Officer since December 1995 and was President from November 1993 until his appointment in March 2000. Mr. Boswell has spent his entire career in the oil and gas industry. Prior to joining Forest, he was employed by private companies in both the oil and gas exploration and oilfield services areas of the energy industry. He currently serves as a director of C. E. Franklin Ltd. of Calgary, Alberta, and the Gas Research Institute. He is Regional Governor of the Independent Petroleum Association of America. He is also on the Board of Trustees of the Boys and Girls Clubs of America. Mr. Boswell is a graduate of Vanderbilt University with a degree in Chemical Engineering, Magna Cum Laude, and a graduate of the University of Texas Business School, where he earned his Master of Business Administration degree, graduating with highest honors.
