RICHARD J. MILLER is chief financial officer of Dublin, Ohio-based
Cardinal Health, Inc. Mr. Miller joined Cardinal Health in 1994 as vice
president of internal audit, and was promoted to corporate vice
president and corporate controller in 1995 and CFO in 1999. Prior to
joining Cardinal Health, Mr. Miller was a partner with Deloitte &
Touche, where he spent the first 13 years of his career in a series of
positions of increasing responsibility. Mr. Miller is a certified public
accountant and holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Ohio State
