RICHARD KATZMAN joined Kaz, Inc., in 1978, became President in
1987 and was named Chairman and Chief Executive Officer in 1997.
Mr. Katzman was born and raised in New York City. He graduated
from Brown University. He is Director of The Princeton Review and
