RICHARD G. RAWSON, who serves as Executive Vice President of
Administration, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, joined the
Company in 1989. Prior to joining Administaff, Mr. Rawson served as a
Senior Financial Officer and Controller for several companies in the
manufacturing and seismic data processing industries. Mr. Rawson serves
as First Vice-President of NAPEO, Chairman of the Government Affairs
Committee, and is a member of the Executive Committee of its Board of
Directors. He was Chairman of the Accounting Practices Committee of
NAPEO for five years and is currently a member of this committee. Mr.
Rawson has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from

your history, services, customers, those kinds of things?
Mr. Rawson: The company was 13 years old on April 1st, and
