RICHARD D. FALCONE joined The A Consulting Team, Inc., as an
advisor in January 2001 and assumed the role of Chief Financial
Officer in June 2001. Mr. Falcone has an extensive and successful
background in professional service and retail companies. His
previous experience and positions include the Director of
Financial Control at Tiffany & Co., where he was instrumental in
restructuring the organization, completing several debt
financings and an IPO and subsequently became Tiffany's Director
of International Finance and Operations, where he established
Tiffany's global operations. He was the Chief Financial Officer
at Bed Bath & Beyond, Inc., where he grew the company from $100
million in revenue to over $800 million, completed an IPO and
secondary offering and automated all operational and financial
systems. He was also the Chief Operating Officer at Netgrocer.com
where he raised venture capital, completed the IPO process and
was responsible for establishing the company's distribution
operations. Mr. Falcone has a proven track record of success in
high growth and dynamic environments. Mr. Falcone started his
career with PriceWaterhouse & Co. He is a graduate of the
