Richard Allen – Regeneration Technologies Inc (rtix)

RICHARD R. ALLEN has been Chief Financial Officer of Regeneration Technologies, Inc. (RTI) since it began operations in February 1998. Previously, from 1996 until the formation of RTI, Mr. Allen served as Director of Finance and Business Development for the University of Florida Tissue Bank (UFTB). UFTB was the predecessor of RTI, and Mr. Allen was responsible for developing the strategic model and business plan for RTI, and for raising the seed money for the spin-off from UFTB. Previous to RTI and UFTB, Mr. Allen served as Chief Financial Officer of Sabine, Inc., a manufacturer of digital audio equipment, and worked with various companies in electronics, engineering and bio-science through consulting firms specializing in technology development and licensing. Mr. Allen is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in Florida, and holds two Bachelor degrees from the University of Florida, including a BS in Accounting. Profile
