Raymond Tucker – H.b. Fuller Company (full)

RAYMOND TUCKER is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of H.B. Fuller Company. He also serves as a member of the company's Leadership Council. Mr. Tucker joined H.B. Fuller Company on July 1,1999. In his current position, he oversees investor relations, mergers and acquisitions, global supply chain management, treasury, audit, financial reporting, tax and budgeting functions. Mr. Tucker came to H.B. Fuller from Bayer Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Bayer A.G. headquartered in Pittsburgh, Penn., which he joined in 1968. During his tenure there, he held a number of key positions within Bayer's financial and operations organizations. Immediately prior to joining H.B. Fuller, Mr. Tucker was Senior Vice President, Inorganic Products- NAFTA. In this capacity, he had P&L responsibility for the $150 million business group.
