RAY CUNNINGHAM, President and Chief Executive Officer of INVESCO
Funds Group, Inc., provides leadership, expertise and insight in
guiding the INVESCO team. He plays a key role in managing the
company's growth and helping INVESCO become the most valued
investment management partner to its clients in all channels.
With more than 24 years of experience in the financial services
industry, Mr. Cunningham began his tenure at INVESCO in 1999,
when he joined the company to serve as Senior Vice President and
National Sales Manager. In this capacity, he was instrumental in
broadening and deepening relationships with financial advisors in
all of the major distribution channels. Prior to joining INVESCO,
Mr. Cunningham held senior positions with American Capital and GT
Global, a company acquired by AMVESCAP in 1998. He was also
employed at Massachusetts Financial Services. Mr. Cunningham
holds a bachelor's degree in business from Clemson University. Profile
