RAJEEV SRIVASTAVA is Chief Executive Officer of Ness Global Services.
Mr. Srivastava is an Engineering graduate, and an MBA. He started his
career in 1988 as an IT consultant with Tata Consultancy Services, a
leading Indian company offering global IT services. He then moved to
Mastech Corporation (now iGate) in the US in Sept 1992. He was soon
promoted as Director of Global Resources and then headed Mastech's Asia
Pacific operations. In June 1996 he decided to start up his own company
with a commitment to give half the profits to society and set up Apar
Infotech in Singapore, providing IT staffing services. Within 18 months
Apar grew to be a leading player and the fastest growing IT Services
Company in Singapore with 240 employees. He then expanded Apar
operations into the US, UK, Australia and Canada. Under the leadership
of Mr. Srivastava, Apar has received awards for the fastest growing
private company in Pittsburgh, at the Pittsburgh 100 awards (number one
in 1999 and number three in 2000), and for the fastest growing
technology company in Western Pennsylvania ($10-$25 million category),
at the Pittsburgh Technology 50 Awards. D&T Technology 500 has ranked
Apar number 19 among the fastest growing companies in North America for
the awards in 2001. From being a purely IT staffing services company, he
evolved the company with an offshore delivery based model that adds
value to its clients. Apar boasts of an impressive client list including
many Fortune 500 companies. In July 2003, Apar merged with Ness
Technologies and changed its name to Ness Global Services. Ness
Technologies is a leading global information technology services firm
with over 3,800 professionals serving Fortune 500 companies, emerging
middle-market firms, government agencies, and non-profit organizations
