Raghavan Rajaji, executive vice president and chief financial officer
for Manugistics Group, Inc., oversees finance, accounting, planning,
information technology and investor relations. Mr. Rajaji came to
Manugistics with a strong background in corporate finance, information
technology and administration. He spent four years at BancTec as the
Senior vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer.
Previously, he worked 18 years at Occidental Chemical Company, a $5
billion subsidiary of Occidental Petroleum Corporation, where he rose to
senior vice president and chief financial officer. Mr. Rajaji received a
bachelor's of science degree from the University of Calcutta, and a
master's in business administration, with an emphasis in finance, from
Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. He is a certified
public accountant. He currently serves as vice chairman of the Financial
Executives Research Foundation, Inc., one of North America's leading
