Marshall Jensen serves as Managing Director and Head of Private Placements in Adams, Harkness & Hill's Investment Banking Group. Specifically, he focuses on structuring and executing private placements for emerging growth companies. Based in the firm's San Francisco office, Mr. Jensen has completed private financing transactions for both private and public companies across the consumer, health care, and technology sectors. He joined Adams, Harkness & Hill from UBS Warburg, where he was a Director in that firm's private placement group. He also worked in investment banking with both Banc of America Securities and CIBC Oppenheimer. Prior to banking, he worked as a corporate attorney with Shearman & Sterling.
