Prescott B. Crocker is the subadvisor for the Sentinel High Yield Bond
Fund and the Sentinel Capital Markets Income Fund. He is the Managing
Director, Senior Portfolio Manager and Head of the High Yield Bond Team
at Evergreen Funds. He is a veteran fixed income investment manager with
over 25 years of experience. Prior to joining Evergreen, he was
President and Chief Investment Officer at Boston Security Counselors, a
subsidiary of Advest Co., Inc., which is a private accounts investment
management firm. Prior to Advest, he was Managing Director and Portfolio
Manager at NorthStar Investment Management. He received his BA from
Harvard College and his MBA from Harvard Business School. He is a CFA
