PIERRE ST-ARNAUD is President and Chief Executive Officer of SR Telecom
Inc. Mr. St-Arnaud joined SR Telecom in 2000 as President and Chief
Operating Officer and was appointed as CEO in April 2001. Under his
leadership, SR Telecom has broadened its product portfolio through the
acquisition of assets from Lucent Technologies and Netro Corporation,
launched new technology platforms, and streamlined its manufacturing,
R&D and sales processes. These initiatives have played an important role
in strengthening the company's competitiveness and positioning it as the
global leader in broadband fixed wireless access solutions. Mr. St-
Arnaud possesses extensive international experience in high technology,
value-added manufacturing and engineering companies. Prior to joining SR
Telecom, Mr. St-Arnaud held executive positions at Hydro Quebec and ABB.
Mr. St-Arnaud holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from
Universit du Qubec Montral and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical
Engineering from Ecole Polytechnique de Montral. Profile
DAVID ADAMS is the Senior Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial
Officer of SR Telecom Inc. and is responsible for executive management
and supervision of all financial operations for the company. Mr. Adams
joined SR Telecom in March 1999 following 10 years with CAE Inc., where
he was Treasurer and subsequently Vice President, Finance and
Administration of CAE Electronics Ltd., where he led all financial
functions, including business planning and strategy, contracts, pricing
as well as holding the position of Vice President, Human Resources. In
1984, he joined The Bank of Nova Scotia where he held various positions
in the corporate banking group. Mr. Adams earned his Bachelor's degree
in Commerce and Finance from the University of Toronto in 1979. He began
his career at Clarkson Gordon, a Canadian affiliate of the international
accounting firm of Ernst & Young, where he received his Chartered
Accountant designation in 1981. He is also a graduate of the Stanford
