PHIL WEAVER joined NUVO Network Management Inc. on July 19, 2002, as
President and CEO, bringing with him 25 years of general management,
sales and marketing experience in diversified high technology industries
and international commerce. Prior to joining NUVO, he served as
President of Platform Computing in Toronto, presiding over a tripling of
the business to $72 million in three years. As Chief Operating Officer
at JetForm Corporation, Mr. Weaver provided the drive and leadership to
increase revenues tenfold to $114 million in only five years. His
results-oriented leadership has helped other technology companies such
as Hewlett-Packard, SHL Systemhouse and Unisys achieve outstanding
revenue growth. He has a Business Administration degree from Algonquin
