PHIL REHKEMPER is Chief Financial Officer of Alliance Fiber Optic
Products, Inc. Mr. Rehkemper joined AFOP in December 2001, bringing more
than 15 years of extensive financial management experience in both
start-up and large corporations. Prior to AFOP, Mr. Rehkemper served as
the Corporate Controller at Calient Networks, Inc. Previously, Mr.
Rehkemper spent a substantial portion of his career with Hewlett-Packard
Company in a variety of senior management positions including Controller
for each of the Network Server and the Convex Divisions. Mr. Rehkemper
