For the past 14 years PETER THOMSON has served as President & Chief Executive Officer of Caribbean Utilities Company, Ltd. (CUC), a firm listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange with a market capitalisation of US$295 million. He joined CUC in 1986 and has also served as a Director of the Company since this date. He is a Director of the Caribbean Electric Utility Services Corporation (CARILEC), Ventures Resource Corporation, West Indies Power Corporation and Wildcard Systems. Born in Montreal in 1952, he moved to Grand Cayman in 1982 after a successful career in the investment banking business in Toronto with Nesbitt Thomson Ltd.
