PETER M. SCHULTE is a Founding Partner of CMEP. From 1992 to 1997, Mr.
Schulte co-founded and managed a private investment partnership,
acquiring middle market companies, and predecessor to CMEP. Mr. Schulte
was a member of the buyout group at Arnhold and S. Bleichroeder, Inc.,
from 1990 to 1992. From 1983 to 1990, Mr. Schulte was a Vice President
of Salomon Brothers Inc., where he managed the firm's southeast U.S.
corporate finance relationships and activities with industrial
companies. Mr. Schulte is a member of the Board of Directors of ICF
Consulting Group, Inc. (Vice Chairman), Resource Consultants, Inc.
(Chairman), Evans Consoles Inc. (Vice Chairman), Kronos Products, Inc.
and Central Distribution Co., and formerly a member of the Board of
Directors of AverStar, Inc. and Looking Glass Studios, Inc. Mr. Schulte
received a Masters in Public and Private Management (MPPM) from Yale
University, and a BA in Government from Harvard College. Profile
