PAUL J. SCHULTE is Chairman, President, Director and Chief Executive
Officer of Humphrey Hospitality Trust, Inc. Mr. Schulte was the co-
founder of Supertel Hospitality, Inc., in 1978, and had served as its
President and CEO until the merger with Humphrey Hospitality Trust,
Inc., was completed in 1999. Mr. Schulte is a charter member of the
Super 8 Advisory Council and has been inducted in the Lodging Hall of
Fame.
DONAVON A. HEIMES is Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary of
Humphrey Hospitality Trust, Inc. He joined Humphrey Hospitality Trust,
Inc., as Chief Financial Officer in August 2004. Mr. Heimes previously
served as a Managing Director of Corporate Finance Associates, a
Colorado-based merger/acquisition and financial consulting firm and had
previously received his CPA while serving as an Auditor with the public
