PAUL G. RICE is a Founder and the Chief Operating Officer for PEC
Solutions, Inc. Since the company's founding in 1985, he has directed
the design, engineering and implementation of a variety of advanced
information systems for several agencies of the Federal Government. Mr.
Rice has also lectured on topics such as methodologies for performing
strategic acquisition planning, enterprise process analysis, technology
enhancement in Federal programs, benchmark development, and
communications systems technologies. Prior to founding PEC, he served in
various technical management positions at Computer Sciences Corporation.
Mr. Rice received his BS in Electrical Engineering from the University
