PAUL HUMMEL – AUDIOAUDIT

PAUL HUMMEL is President and Chief Executive Officer of AudioAudit. Mr. Hummel brings to AudioAudit over 20 years of recognition as one of the most respected and successful information technology business leaders in the communications industry. Before joining AudioAudit, Mr. Hummel was co-Founder, President and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Beechwood, a full-service consulting and systems development firm specializing in the development and implementation of innovative connectivity solutions for the telecommunications industry. Beechwood was sold to the Cap Gemini Group, a global information technology consulting firm, for approximately $200 million in April 1999. Prior to Beechwood, Mr. Hummel held programming and systems development positions with IBM, where he was originally involved in the research and development of that company's 1970's 'Study of the Office of the Future', and also served as an independent consultant with a number of major US corporations in the pharmaceutical, financial, and telecommunications industries, including Bell Labs.
