PAUL M. DREWEK is Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of
Outlook Group Corporation. He has 30 years of experience as a CFO
and as a management consultant. He is experienced in finance,
accounting, banking relationships, strategic planning,
acquisition analysis, and cost accounting. His experience focuses
on disciplines beyond finance, including systems design,
implementation and process/productivity improvement. He began
working with the company in a consulting capacity in 1997 and
became the Chief Financial Officer in 1998, and its Secretary in
1999. Previously, Mr. Drewek served as CFO of Allied Computer
Group Companies (computer systems integration and consulting),
CFO of Joiner Associates Incorporated (total quality management
consulting and publishing), and Vice President and Controller of
Oster Housewares, Division of Allegheny Industries, Inc.
(manufacturer of household appliances). He also served as an
auditor and management consultant with Ernst & Young. Mr. Drewek
is a CPA and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and an MBA
from Marquette University. He is a financially oriented executive
skilled in identifying and solving problems and working with
investors, banking institutions, directors, and all levels of

strategic planning, business development, accounting, finance,
cost accounting, marketing, systems design and implementation,
