PAUL DAMP was appointed Chairman and CEO of Accugraph Corporation in
October 1996. Prior to that, he had been an active member of the
Accugraph Board of Directors since 1991. His focus, during his tenure
as a Director and now as the Chief Executive Officer, has been to guide
the company through restructuring and the adoption of a new business
model. Mr. Damp's strong leadership and operational expertise is based
in part on his experience in the building of one of Canada's largest
systems integration and outsourcing firms, SHL Systemhouse, now an MCI
company. During his 2 1/2 years at Systemhouse he maintained the
position of Chief Financial Officer and then President and Chief
Operating Officer. Prior to 1990, he was a partner in KPMG specializing
