PATRICK A. CUSTER is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of uniView
Technologies Corporation. Before joining uniView, Mr. Custer directed
the development of a computer chip distribution company. His extensive
knowledge in finance and business strategies stems from his tenure with
E.F. Hutton, where he specialized in international corporate finance and
foreign monetary policies. He also served on the Chinese Economic
Development Council, which was designed to assist government-controlled
companies to privatize and enter foreign exchange public markets. More
recently, he was appointed to the Computer and Telecommunications Panel
for the People's Republic of China, and also served on a committee to
promote business relationships between Australia and the US in
conjunction with the 2000 Olympics. He is also on the panel for
Investment 2000, and is a committee member, as well as a Presenter for
the Pacific Rim Forum. Mr. Custer was the co-Founder and President of
Donny Osmond Entertainment. His technical experience includes
Engineering and Management positions with Texas Instruments and
Honeywell. He has also served in leadership positions at companies
including Texas American Bank, Hamilton Vanguard (England), Donny Osmond
Entertainment, Entertainment Equity Corporation and Hamden
International. He received a degree in Engineering and Management at
Texas Tech University, with additional studies in the Master's Finance
