GEORGE P. ROBERTS is the Founder of P-Com, Inc., and has served as President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director since October 1991. Since September 1993, he has also served as Chairman of the Board of Directors. From May 1989 to August 1991, Mr. Roberts was Chief Operating Officer for Digital Microwave Corporation, a wireless communications company. From October 1984 to May 1989, Mr. Roberts was President of American Satellite Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of Contel, an independent telecommunications company. Mr. Roberts holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Arizona and has completed graduate business studies at the University of Arizona and the University of California-Los Angeles.
