Teresa D. Mastrangelo, Principal Analyst and Director of Research of The
Windsor Oaks Group LLC, brings over 18 years of telecommunications
experience to the firm. Previously she worked for RHK as the Program
Director for RHK's Broadband Network Strategies program, covering
broadband activity around the world. Her areas of specialization include
broadband network infrastructure and services, as well as circuit to
packet migration and VoIP. She is frequently quoted in leading
publications, including the Wall Street Journal and The New York Times.
Additionally, she has been an invited speaker at a number of global
telecommunications conferences. She joined RHK from Cisco Systems, where
she held senior level product marketing and product management positions
with Cisco Systems, Advanced Fibre Communications (now part of Tellabs)
and NEC America. She was awarded her BS in Electrical Engineering from
