ONLINE MEDIA LITIGATION ISSUES: MARC LEBOWITZ – SULLIVAN & WORCESTER

MARC A. LEBOWITZ is a partner at Sullivan & Worchester's New York Office. He focuses on entertainment/media law and litigation. He has experience handling a broad range of commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts as well as before domestic and international arbitration tribunals. Mr. Lebowitz also acts as general counsel to entertainment and media companies, including ad agencies, magazine publishers, content providers, independent film producers and licensing companies. This representation includes private equity matters, operations, contracts, licensing, intellectual property and clearance matters, as well as litigation. Mr. Lebowitz has lectured on entertainment and Internet law in New York, provided commentary on media law issues on FOX News and Clear Channel Radio, and has also lectured in Argentina on international arbitration matters. He is admitted to practice in New York, Connecticut and in federal and appellate courts throughout the United States.
