O.S. 'DUB' ANDRAS is the President and Chief Executive Officer of
Enterprise Products Partners LP, a publicly traded master limited
partnership with an enterprise value of $1.9 billion. Enterprise is one
of the leading midstream energy service companies in North America,
providing the complete services of processing, fractionation,
transportation and storage to producers and consumers of natural gas
liquids (NGLs). Enterprise's assets are strategically located on the US
Gulf which accounts for approximately 55% of US NGL production and 75%
of US demand for NGLs. Mr. Andras has served in his present capacity for
four years. He was previously President and COO of Enterprise from 1982
to 1996 and Executive Vice President from 1981 to 1982. Prior to joining
Enterprise, Mr. Andras served Dow Chemical Company in various capacities
from 1960 to 1981, including Director of Hydrocarbons. Mr. Andras
graduated with a BS in Chemical Engineering from Louisiana State
