NORWICK B.H. GOODSPEED is President and CEO of TransVascular, Inc. Mr.
Goodspeed joined TVI as President and CEO in April 2000. Prior to TVI,
he was President and CEO of Ocular Sciences (a publicly traded contact
lens manufacturer), President of McGaw Inc. (a manufacturer of IV
Solutions and a subsidiary of Ivax ) and President and CEO of Vical,
Inc. (a gene therapy company). Earlier in his career, Mr. Goodspeed held
executive positions with BOC Healthcare and Baxter. He holds an MBA
