NOAM BARDIN is Co-Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of
deltathree, Inc. Mr. Bardin served as Vice President of Technology and
Chief Technology Officer for deltathree before being named President and
CEO in April 2000. He served as Global Network Director from November
1996 to May 1997. Prior to founding deltathree he worked with Ambient
Corporation and served as an Officer in the Israeli Special Forces. Mr.
