NEW TRENDS IN INVESTMENT BANKING: KEE COLEN – OPPENHEIMER & CO

KEE COLEN, Senior Vice President, has been providing investment banking services to emerging growth and middle market companies for 15 years. His industry focus is health care, including the biotechnology, specialty pharmaceutical and medical technology sectors. He has completed over 75 transactions including initial and follow-on public offerings, PIPEs, other private placements of equity, mezzanine and debt capital, M&A advisory, valuations and fairness opinions. He joined Oppenheimer's predecessor, Fahnestock & Co. Inc., in 1994 through the acquisition of Reich & Co. Inc. Prior to Reich, he was an Investment Banking Associate at Rosenkrantz, Lyon & Ross and a Research Analyst in the municipal bond department at Van Kampen Merritt.
