MIKE SIMPSON – LOYALTYWORKS INC

MIKE SIMPSON, our Chief Executive Officer, guides the strategic direction of Loyaltyworks. A renowned veteran of loyalty marketing, Mike provides the keen vision and expert leadership that drive the agency. Mike joined MMS Incentives - now Loyaltyworks - in June 2002, and was instrumental in expanding and re-branding the firm into a true loyalty marketing agency. His extensive industry expertise, proven leadership skills, creativity and dry wit make him the ideal CEO for our business. Before taking the helm at Loyaltyworks, Mike was Executive Vice President of the Loyalty Division of Carlson Marketing Group, where he directed relationship marketing programs for some of the world's largest and most recognizable brands - including Hallmark's Gold Crown program, British Airways Executive Club, Northwest Airlines WorldPerks, Sprint and Merrill Lynch's loyalty strategies, and many others. In total, Mike has spent nearly three decades in loyalty and product marketing. He was Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Pepsi-Cola Company and The Kellogg Company; in fact, you've probably had breakfast out of a cereal box he helped design. When he's not overseeing Loyaltyworks or researching the latest trends in his field of expertise, he might be scuba diving, golfing or taking clients on a ski excursion. As a Level 2 ski instructor, he enjoys helping clients and other friends conquer the moguls of his favorite resort, Vail, Colorado. Mike is a native of Canada, and received a BA in Economics and a MBA in Marketing and Finance from Queens University at Kingston. Profile
