MICHAEL T. DUBOSE joined Aftermarket Technology Corp. (NASDAQ: ATAC) in
December 1998 as Chairman, President and CEO. Prior to joining ATC Mr.
DuBose was Chairman and CEO of Grimes Aerospace Company, a Forstmann
Little portfolio company. His prior experience includes executive
positions at SAIC, General Instrument and General Electric Company.
During his career, Mr. DuBose has had numerous successes increasing
long-term shareholder value via customer focused performance
improvement. Mr. DuBose holds a B.A. in Finance and Economics from the
University of San Francisco and an M.S. in Management from Stanford
