MICHAEL J. SKELLERN is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Universal
Guardian Holdings, Inc., a full service provider of security products
and services to mitigate terrorist, criminal and security threats for
governments and businesses worldwide. Mr. Skellern has more than 25
years of experience in companies as a CEO and international business
builder. He has established companies in the United States, Canada,
Japan, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand, Germany and the United
Kingdom in a number of business sectors. Mr. Skellern has received
numerous awards for performance, management and corporate excellence.
Leveraging his early corporate successes, he founded Pacific
International, Inc., a global business services company, providing
strategic and essential business services since 1977. Pacific
International has been instrumental in providing large multi-nationals
and emerging companies with substantial domestic and international
growth by providing global corporate development, executive management,
joint venture and strategic alliance development, financial services and
international product, program development for military, government, and
commercial organizations. In 2001, Mr. Skellern founded Universal
Guardian to develop globally integrated security products, services and
solutions for government and industry. Mr. Skellern has participated on
the Board of Directors of several companies and has been a featured
speaker and panel moderator on international business, finance,
technology, security, including land and maritime risk. Recent speaking
engagements include the Homeland Security Summit in Washington, DC,
Global Security Conference at the Harvard Club in New York, Hong Kong
Shanghai Bank Corporation's HSBC Technology Conference and HSBC's Asian
Mutual Funds Conference. Mr. Skellern served in the United States Army
